Become a School Teacher
To become a school teacher takes years of hard work and dedication. The process varies from state to state. Most places require you to have a high school diploma or equivalent, four years of college in an appropriate major, and then some form of certification. It really depends on where you want to teach however. Some states, such as California, have implemented emergency measures to allow lesser qualified individuals to become school teachers.
One thing to consider however is that up to a point, the more education you have, the more you stand to earn as a school teacher. This is true for many reasons, including that the most competitive jobs (and thus the highest paying ones) will require advanced certification and background. Additionally, more of an educational background will give you a competitive edge against those who you are interviewing with.
